At Revelry & Ruin, we are committed to delivering quality products and a high standard of customer service. The following policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be granted.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Returns and/or exchanges will be accepted under the following circumstances:
- You hate it. Regret it. Don’t want it anymore.
- The item received is materially flawed due to a production defect or a direct-to-garment (DTG) printing error.
- The item received does not match the order placed (e.g., incorrect item, size, or design).
In such cases, customers are eligible for either a refund or an exchange, at no additional cost.
Non-Eligible Returns
The following items or circumstances are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Sticker products, which are final sale.
- Limited edition apparel items, which are non-exchangeable due to their exclusive and limited production runs. Refunds may be considered for defective or incorrect limited-edition items only.
Return Window
To qualify for a return or exchange, customers must initiate the return request within 10 calendar days of receiving their order. Requests submitted beyond this period may not be accepted.
